The inspiration for Seb Solutions LLC. has its roots on a trajectory that started as a Geosciences Technician helping Geophysicists prepare what they needed for seismic interpretation and Geologists in the conditioning of data for models; both in Exploration and Production.

The inspiration grew as the journey continued remembering the passion for integration from my father and having witnessed from a very young age how he interacted naturally and equally with Geologists, Geophysicists, and Engineers to develop Solutions as a team in his work. This was reinforced as I meet my mentor in Oklahoma encouraging and strongly recommending multi-disciplinary teams of complementary members to tackle projects (#SLATT_GRAD).

Their mindset guided a career in the industry devoted to the construction of Geologic Scenarios Preserved in the Simulator and designed for Fluid-flow.

This passion and motivation solidified as a Principal Reservoir Geologist & Technical Integrator with the idea to build Subsurface Models together, including Everyone in the Team, and based on the knowledge of Subject Matter Experts and their Valuable Experience.

This idea was born from observing how Successful Teams of complementary roles, working together, and integrated; become a Unit that has natural passion and is invested in delivering timely results.
